ReStory shop management guide

Run the shop around four systems: orders, cash, weekly bills, and rating. Check the counter and e-mail, reserve money for bills and licenses, deliver online work within three days, and use storage boxes to prevent unfinished repairs from becoming mixed.

Organize the counter and workbench

The central counter receives customer jobs, purchased goods, bills, and completed-order payments. The nearby workbench handles devices, the computer handles web apps and mail, and the cash register tracks available money.

Use shelves for devices, licenses, and decorations. If a repair is paused, store its generated box rather than leaving loose parts around; returning the box to the mat restores that job.

Open and close the shop with the wall lever. End the day by riding the bicycle home, which also saves progress.

Handle in-person and online orders

Official information confirms both in-person and online work. Outlink Express is the e-mail client used to accept online orders, and the courier delivers those devices during working hours.

Current community documentation gives e-mail orders a three-day delivery window for a positive review. Missing that deadline produces a bad review that lowers the shop rating.

Before accepting too many jobs, check licenses, tool requirements, parts cost, and available storage. Airbrush, soldering, or firmware requests can require progression purchases beyond the device parts themselves.

Budget for bills and rating

Weekly costs currently include ¥2,000 rent, ¥500–1,500 internet, ¥1,500 electricity, and ¥1,000 security after those services are introduced. Bills arrive through the courier and are paid at the counter using cash from the register.

Reviewme.not tracks customer reviews and shop rating. The current documentation says on-time completion is a major factor and e-mail orders have the strongest rating impact; the maximum rating is five stars.

Decorations and cleared junk award Zen points, which contribute to shop status and reviews. Treat decoration purchases as a status investment only after essential bills, parts, tools, and licenses are covered.
